Wonderful

Staff were exceptionally helpful. Adimir you are amazing. And one of the black guy at front desk was amazing. Hotel is 8 but staff and location beyond 10.

Location is excellent...very clean with a cold ac and nice hot shower..best for the cost in the area...pretty nice breakfast too

Old small elevator..didn't ride cause I was scared of it..so I climbed the stairs..no big deal for me but it might be a problem for others I was on the 4th floor

The hotel is somewhat out dated with small rooms. It is a little expensive for what you get unless you find a deal..

Good location

Location was so good and breakfast with many fruits ham and variety of bakery .Stuff were friendly with English knowlege.

There were no water in refrigirator. Room was very dark. Smal window for such a big room .Window also blinded with plastic you never know is sun up ..

Very friendly, helpful and welcoming staff. Clean, comfortable and quiet room. Very rich breakfast with a colorful fruit buffet. Great location (5 min walk to the beach). Shower warm and refreshing. High speed internet.

Can't really find a negative point but perhaps if they could replace the current Aircon system with a modern one would be nice. The current one ist quite loud (especially in the night).

A wonderful, comfortable relaxing stay at the Hotel Diplomata, Copacabana, Rio de Janeiro.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Diplomata. The room was very clean and fresh. The shower was EXCELLENT! We had an extremely comfortable bed. It was very quiet, and very convenient for the Copacabana Beach area, shopping area, and the Rio Sul Shopping Mall, which were all within walking distance. The breakfast was delicious, and filling, with a good variety of things to eat, and drink. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, especially Joedina. Great value for money. Highly recommended. In anticipation of our next trip to Rio de Janeiro. Dale and Claudia Sowerby (UK/Brazil)

Nice, comfortable hotel with a good breakfast.

Good staff, comfortable bed, very clean, convenient location, close to store, cafe. From the beach 900 meters from the mall 600 meters.

Comfortable, well designed rooms and beds Good location, though there are homeless people at night in the area (two streets further), you are a quick walk away from Copacabana Great value for money if you are looking for a no frills hotel with comfortable rooms

Elevator only goes till 5th floor, so if you get one of the cheaper rates, probably you will need to walk stairs between 5th and 6th floor like I did. Not so good with leg injury or for older guests The little lamp had no interrupter and it switched on as soon as I plugged it in Breakfast had a good fruit selection but the bread and croissant selection was not my favorite. Only two hot dishes.

Exceptional

The staff is so kind and flexible. The hotel is well located (kind of private street and near the beach), very clean and comfortable. The breakfast is wonderful and very relaxing. If you have a car, there is a public space in front of the hotel where you can park. I appreciate the early check-in possibility, really excellent staff.

For me everything was OK.

Excellent value for the money paid

Location was great, few minutes to the beach and with plenty of restaurants and bars right at the doorstep. Breakfast was very good, variety of choices, fresh bread, etc. Room comfort was very good too.

Our room faced the street, so there was some noise from time to time
